The Cairngorms Putting Green has been designed to emulate the actual Cairngorms Mountain Range right in the heart of Scotland. Although a test for even the most seasoned golfer, it is also there to help educate, children, visitors and locals alike.
Five of Scotland’s nine 4000 ft summits lie within the range, plus a further nine mountains higher than 3,500ft and four more exceeding 3000ft.
There are also two lochs, Loch Avon, which lies at the base of the Cairngorm Munro itself, and Loch Einich, which lies at the base of the Sgor Goaith Munro.
The USGA putting surface allows everybody to play up Glens, Corries, Passes and around Lochs that they may never normally have a chance to do.
